A selection of projects where I led creative strategy and production systems across multiple markets - from validating product features through performance creative, to building research-driven messaging frameworks, to creating scalable multi-market playbooks and GenAI-powered workflow tools. Each case study highlights my role, the approach, and the outcomes.
I led a TikTok and Meta campaign for an unreleased feature to validate demand before development. I owned the script, storyboard, casting direction, editing guidelines, and iteration strategy. The campaign reached ~70M views, drove record user interest and clicks, and increased in-app searches for the feature - helping support the decision to build it.
I built a multi-market strategy and testing plan to drive first-time orders and app downloads while staying strongly on-brand. I wrote scripts, briefed creators, guided motion designers, and led feedback and iteration when performance data was available. The system scaled two creative pillars across markets with localization rules, improving CTR and CVR and enabling a consistent production cadence.
I led research comparing cultural barriers, language, and symptom awareness gaps across France and Germany versus the US. I translated the insights into a platform-native strategy with localized messaging routes, respectful humor, and clear creative formats designed to normalize the topic without talking down to women. The output was an actionable strategy teams could execute from, with testing guidance.
I owned a 14-market strategy built around trust-building - both in messaging and in visual guidelines (credible casting, clean visuals, professional tone). I created the testing plan, scripts, localization rules, and execution guidance, and recommended women-focused angles as a growth lever. The result was a scalable system that maintained consistency and credibility across markets while enabling iterative improvement.

Business-as-usual (BAU) ads were the backbone of our paid social engine. I led the daily system that delivered fresh creative across 14 markets while keeping a strict quality bar - on-brand, consistent, and built on learnings from past performance. Each asset was localized to fit market nuances (language, cultural cues, and what resonates locally), so the work scaled without feeling generic. Alongside BAU, I also led creative for brand partnerships and co-marketing activations with partners such as Paw Patrol, Disney, Efteling, and others, ensuring the collaborations stayed true to both brands while performing across channels.
I led two campaign routes that reframed summer as a conversion opportunity: light, shareable meals for social moments, and POV-style BBQ content built for seasonal behavior. The result was strong performance despite typical summer seasonality headwinds.
I led an end-to-end seasonal campaign across paid social, display, CRM, affiliates, and reactivation. We produced thousands of assets with a unified message adapted by channel, and aligned closely with offline teams to ensure consistent touchpoints. Performance was driven by structured testing, resulting in strong conversion efficiency and low acquisition costs.
As creative lead for social ads (especially TikTok), I built a fast production and iteration workflow designed to stay native to the platform - not over-designed. This included remote creator productions (scripts, guidelines, feedback) and local shoots (research, planning, copy, logistics, capture). We produced multiple hook variations per concept, then worked with paid social to analyze results and iterate on winners.
Scrippo is a tool I built from scratch - I defined the workflow, designed the UX/UI, and built it in Cursor. It’s live and already has users.

A shared workspace where you and your team can browse every saved reference. Each video is analyzed and searchable by client, tags, or free search - including queries like “face,” with results based on what’s seen, said, or contextually related.

A dedicated page for each reference video with timeline comments, second-by-second notes, and teammate tagging - built for fast reviews and shared decisions.

Upload brand docs (tone of voice, brand book, values, etc.) and Scrippo extracts key information to pre-fill the client profile. Add a brief to create a project, and the tool matches client + brief to generate more relevant scripts.

Generate UGC scripts directly from a chosen reference, with structured sections (hook, body, CTA, titles) linked to the source video.

Refine the script inside the tool - adjust tone, pacing, structure, or angles - while keeping the reference video as the anchor.
